Send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The URL of the material on this site that you want removed.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and notify the account that posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned for more information.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are closed.
