Are the sample questions really free?

Yes. Every exam has a free sample bank with answers and explanations. Half of it is open to anyone, and the other half unlocks with a free account. Nothing is blurred or teased.

Why do you ask for my email before the free questions?

So we can send occasional exam tips and offers, and so your first session is not lost. You can unsubscribe at any time, and the email is not shared.

In your dashboard. Sign in and open My exams to launch any exam you own, are assigned, or have sampled.

What are the three modes?

Study mode shows the answer and explanation one tap away, with flags, notes and bookmarks. Timed mode shuffles a deck against a clock and saves a score to your history. Flashcards put the question on the front and the answer on the back.

Does my progress save?

In study mode, yes, after every answer, as long as you are signed in. Timed attempts are saved when you submit. Anonymous sessions are not saved, which is one reason to create a free account.

Why are some questions locked?

Locked questions are outside your current access. Samples give you a slice of the bank; full access or a membership slot opens all of it. Tap a locked question to see the options.

Can I use the simulator on my phone?

Yes. The simulator opens on its own page with nothing else on screen, and the question navigator sits below the deck on smaller screens.

What does full access include?

Every question in that exam's bank, with explanations, in study, timed and flashcard modes, plus shuffle and downloads where the exam offers them. It is a one-time purchase for that exam.

How is a membership different?

A membership is monthly and keeps 2 to 4 exams active at once in exam slots, from $44.99 a month. You can change which exam fills a slot at your next renewal. It suits people preparing for more than one exam.

Which exams can I put in a membership slot?

Any active exam simulator in the catalog. Search from your dashboard's Membership tab, pick the exam, and it fills the slot.

How do I update my card or cancel?

From the Membership tab in your dashboard, use Manage billing and card. It opens a secure billing portal where you can change the card, download receipts or cancel.

How current are the questions?

Each bank is mapped to the vendor's published exam objectives and updated when they change. The exam page shows the last update and the versions in the bank, and retired exams are marked rather than hidden.

I think a question is wrong. What do I do?

Use Report a problem under the question in the simulator. Reports are reviewed, and confirmed corrections are published as they become available.
